Common problems and solutions of composite membrane
2016-12-20Core tip: The composite membrane uses microporous membrane or ultrafiltration membrane as the supporting layer, and the thickness of the membrane is only 0.1~0.25 μ M thick homogeneous membrane is used as separation membrane composed of barrier layer. This will greatly increase the permeability of the material.
Cause of the problem:
1. The thickness of base material is uneven, and the difference between thickness and thickness is too large.
2. The position of the base material is skewed, resulting in wrinkles of the composite membrane, and the degree of wrinkles will also increase with the accumulation of skewness.
If the substrate is a film material (such as nylon film) that is easily affected by humidity, and moisture absorption occurs, wrinkles will easily occur in the extrusion process.
4. The tension is set and controlled improperly, and the tension of each part is uncoordinated and mismatched.
5. The composite pressure is set improperly.
6. The axis between the silicone rubber press roll and the cooling steel roll is not parallel.
7. The surface of the guide roller is not clean, with foreign matters stuck, or the surface of the guide roller is not flat, with pits, scratches, bruises and other phenomena.
terms of settlement:
1. Replace the base material to ensure the uniform thickness of the base material.
2. Adjust the position of the base material to avoid deflection during transmission.
3. Preheat and dry the substrate, or replace the substrate without moisture absorption.
4. Adjust the unwinding and winding tension to make the tension of each part adapt and match each other.
5. Adjust the pressure of the compound roll to an appropriate size according to the actual situation.
6. Adjust the relative position between the silicone rubber press roll and the cooling steel roll to keep them parallel.
7. Clean the surface of the guide roller, replace the damaged guide roller, and ensure that the surface of the guide roller is flat, smooth and clean.
